In contrast to my paintings I have been able to close the gap between “figurative” and “abstract” in my sculpture a long time ago. I enjoy the challenge of constructing beautiful forms, from the smooth lines of a polished animal form, to the proportions of a simple metal coffee table, or the freedom and balance of abstract work.
